Hand Hammered solid brass butler Sink made by Santa Clara Brass. Hand Made by our skilled artisans in our own shop in Santa Clara del Cobre, we specializes in hammered and smooth Brass products as well as copper. All of our brass sink finishes are living finishes and will age naturally, they are non-lacquered, but come sealed with a natural beeswax polish we made in-house at our shop. All my Friends in Canada, I am originally from Erie, Pa but now live in Mexico,
All sinks are manufactured using Praxair argon and welding supplies / ( The best of the best) and we ONLY weld utilizing Miller Syncrowave Welders if you want the exact specifics ( We are a "Blue" Shop only!!!! :-)
Any Butler / London Sinks / Kitchen Sink size(s) available - this is the most common size 815 mm x 508 mm x 243 mm
We do ship to Canada / UK / and anywhere else in the world. We only use FEDEX Priority International - 2 day service throughout USA / 3 day service throughout Canada and Major Cities in UK and more remote locations in UK and the rest of the world is 5 days

Most Popular Finish & Drain & Drain Location:
Many people ask, what finish do you recommend, I personally like matte or polished, as you can always polish it to shiny, and you can let it naturally patina to weathered. Care is minimal with a matte finish. The drain opening is more application motivated then personal preference.
Custom drain location is available. ** Depending on the overall span of the faucet you choice, shorter length faucets are more suitable for offset (to the back) drain placement. Larger Faucets are better suited for centered drain openings.

We stock Brass strainer baskets - 3 1/2" drains that connect to standard p traps / 1 1/2 inch plumbing or for my metric friends 50 /40 mm plumbing - Disposer flanges are also available, and can be shipped out direct to you in the same time frame as our sinks!
Care and Maintenance:
Shiny and matte finishes will naturally oxidize and tarnish, and the antique/ weathered brass finish can lighten over time with excessive use. You can use Barkeepers Friend and or a natural deoxidizer polishing paste like lemon juice and salt or in Mexico we use Valentina hot sauce (similar to Tasbasco hot sauce), to remove tarnish from a shiny sink. Most bronze and brass statues throughout Mexico are maintained by municipalities using hot sauce. A little paste wax and or beeswax polish will help maintain the finish longer.
Do not clean Antique /Weathered Brass with brass cleaners as they will lighten the finish. Mild soap and water is all that you need. 000 Steel Wool / or a green scour pad can be used to burnish tarnish off these finishes.

Drain Opening 3 1/2" Opening (standard) but other sizes are available
Drain Location Centered or Offset ( Standard is center but we can always Offset - My standard offset drain location is 4 1/2" drain center, off back wall of sink

Mount Type Surface or under counter mount, the use of 6- 8 sink clips or simply wood 2x4 rails ( front and back of sink) going left to right in cabinet base, are the most common installation activities - ( standard cabinet bases are 36" exterior ( left to right) 34.5 interior - 1 2x4 will accommodate the support of the sink
